notice.
We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it.
Who we are
This website belongs to Eljazeera Law Firm International, Riffa Tower, 2nd Floor, Office No. 4, Corniche, Doha, Qatar. For questions about your data: info@eljazeera-law.qa or +974 5583 3000.
What we collect
When you send the consultation form: your name, phone number, email if you enter it, the subject, your preferred meeting type, date and time, and any short note you write. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share. We do not ask for ID numbers, documents or confidential details through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use this data to reply to your request, arrange your appointment and follow up on your enquiry, based on the consent you give when you send the form or contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Professional confidentiality
Information you share with us once an engagement is agreed is protected, in addition to this notice, by the duty of professional confidentiality that binds lawyers.
Who we may share it with
We share your data only with the technical providers that host our website and email, and only as far as needed to provide the service, or with the competent authorities if the law or a court order requires it.
Where it is stored and how we protect it
Data may be stored on our hosting and email providers' servers inside or outside Qatar. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorised people. Because no internet transmission is completely secure, please do not send confidential information through the form.
Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work and to remember the language you choose. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The case file tool
Your selections in the tool are saved only in your own browser and never reach us. If you choose to send your file summary on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with a message you can review before sending.
Third-party services
The website uses Google Fonts, and links to WhatsApp and Google Maps when you tap them. These services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and your rights
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and as required by law. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@eljazeera-law.qa, in line with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.
Minors
This website is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time and will publish the updated version on this page with the date of the last update.
Please note
Sending the form or contacting us does not create a lawyer-client relationship before we review the matter and agree with you.
